All of the artisan breads that come in our boxes are made without preservatives, dough stabilizers and other artificial ingredients. To keep bread fresh and from molding, we recommend storing bread in the refrigerator or freezer.

If you know you won't be getting to a meal using bread or rolls for a few days, placing it in the freezer is a great option.  To refresh loaves or rolls, splash with water and place in a 425F  oven for 3-5 minutes to crisp the crust and soften the inside.
